Returns

Returns for refunds and exchanges of unworn and unsoiled footwear ordered by mail are accepted for up to 20 days from date of purchase. All returns must be prepaid and include a copy of original sales slip. Items returned after the 20 day period will be subject to a $35.00 restocking charge or not accepted at all.

Shoes purchased in store can be returned within 7 days from original purchase date, as long as they can be sold as new - unworn and unsoiled. Shoes that do not feel comfortable after you have worn them, how long shoes last, how much they stretch and how they wear or stand up is highly dependent upon the individual and very subjective. Therefore these kinds of complaints will not be eligible for refunds.

Defective Goods

We sell good quality footwear from reliable brand names, however, occasionally problems do arise.

Warranty varies from brand to brand and usually covers manufacturers defects for 90 days to 1 year, but does not include wear and tear.  Each warranty issue is dealt with on an individual basis, usually requiring us to contact the company first on your behalf.  If we are to send the footwear to the company for review, the process could take upwards of a couple weeks.  If we can get approval over the phone or via email, it may take a few days. If it is something simple such as a stitch undone, or gluing to be done, we can usually address that on the spot.

Companies usually require receipts to accompany any warranty information, but if you do not have your receipt, we can check your account to get it for you.
